The 32nd meeting was opened by AsPC President, Majid Rashed, who welcomed the AsPC Board to Riyadh and thanked them for their hard work and dedication over the past four years. "It is time to celebrate and be proud of what we have achieved together over the past four years. We have built a strong foundation and a platform for our athletes during these years, and last month we had one of the most amazing events: the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Paralympic Games."

"Our mission is to focus on the development of our athletes, creating more opportunities for them to qualify and find the right path to start, pursue their passions and dreams. We will continue to work hard and provide them with the best environment in Asia. We are already a role model, and we have organised the best continental Games and we look forward to doing more," Rashed added.

The meeting in the Saudi Arabian capital also heard updates on the Asian Awards, Executive Board elections, upcoming Games, the 2024 Budget and the Strategic Plan. During the two-day meeting, the Board also heard reports from organisers of future Games, including the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, the Tashkent 2025 Asian Paralympic Youth Games and the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Paralympic Games. There was also a report on the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Paralympic Games presented by HAPGOC (Hangzhou 2022 Organising Committee).

In addition, the AsPC Conference, including the Asian Awards on 25 and 26 November, and followed by the General Assembly on 27 and 28 November, will be streamed live on the AsPC YouTube channel.
