The brand manifesto video features a host of Hungarian and international athletics stars, as well as the National Athletics Centre, the venue for the Championships.

The video includes the messaging "forward with every step, faster every day, every hurdle closer to our dreams."

In total, 2,500 athletes from 203 countries have already entered the World Championships, which are due to take place from August 19 to 27.

Tickets for the Championships are now on sale, and have been purchased in more than 70 countries, from as far afield as New Zealand, Japan and Chile.

Organisers say Hungary tops the list for ticket sales, with the majority of ticket purchases outside the European Union coming from the United Kingdom and the United States.

Last week the nine-lane competition track for the Championships was unveiled to members of the media.

The National Athletics Centre has capacity for 35,000 spectators, and following the Championships the running track is set to act as a training facility for both professional and public athletes.
